WHAT WE DO

Alpine Springs Counseling, P. C. (ASC) provides State-Certified DUI Classes and Substance Abuse Treatment, ODVSOM Board-Approved Domestic Violence and Sex Offender Treatment, evaluations, and drug testing at select locations. Our office staff and counselors are strongly committed to delivering professional services in the Colorado mountain and rural communities. ASC offers culturally sensitive, evidence-based, services for adults and youth ages 15 and up, as well as treatment solutions that promote safety, recovery and hope in our communities.  We have developed strong working relationships with agencies and organizations throughout the state of Colorado to help Clients obtain the best level of care.

**The next section is for clients needing an intake for DUI services. Group intakes are held every week and can have up to 4 clients in the session. Individual intake times are one-on-one appointments with your counselor. Individual intakes are subject to a $25 no show fee if you do not attend. Please only select either a group or individual intake time.**

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In accordance with Colorado law (C.R.S. § 5-2-212), starting 11/14/25, a surcharge for the use of a credit or charge cards for payment will be applied to the balance. The surcharge amount will not exceed 2.9% plus $.30/per transaction fee of your total payment or the actual fee we incur for processing your transaction, whichever is lower. This is an industry standard practice, and the fee goes directly to the payment processor for using their platform — it’s not a ASC fee. The surcharge is only applied when you choose to pay by a credit card, and is not applied if you pay by cash, money order, or debit card.  â€‹â€‹
