Our staff at Alpine Springs Counseling have been trained to assist our clients in getting signed up for the appropriate classes based on the information given. The classes that our staff can help get you signed up for are DUI Level 2 Alcohol Classes and Domestic Violence Classes that are provided by counselors certified to do Substance Abuse Counseling and/or Domestic Violence Counseling. Our office staff can also assist a client in connecting with a Substance Abuse Counselor to set up individual counseling as well. Please take an opportunity to meet our staff at Alpine Springs.

Counseling Positions
Domestic Violence Counselor
The Counselor is response for counseling individuals to help them to identify behaviors and problems related to their abusive behavior. Counseling is typically done in a group setting but can be done on an individual basis. Counselors will develop personalized treatment plans that help to establish healthy behaviors and provide coping strategies. The Counselor reports to the owner and clinical supervisor for provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, local and accrediting agency regulatory requirements. The Counselor will perform duties within the scope of their license or certification which are an addendum to this job description.
Minimum Requirements

The Counselor reports to the owner and clinical supervisor for provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, local and accrediting agency regulatory requirements. Lead Collection Specialist
To provide clients with customer service and professional collection process. To ensure that all codes and regulations are followed and to adhere to procedures outlined in the Norchem Sentry Training System. Hiring and management of collection services.
Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma / Equivalent

Alpine Springs Testing Facility will provide on-site training and employee must become a Certified Collection Specialist and pass required video and written tests.
Collection Specialist
To provide clients with a pleasant, seamless, and professional collection process. To ensure that all codes and regulations are followed and to adhere to procedures outlined in the Norchem Sentry Training System. Employees report directly to Lead Collection Specialist.
Additional duties to be completed after EACH shift:

Bathroom floor swept / mopped

Toilet Cleaned thoroughly

Sink and Mirrors wiped down

Lobby Swept / Picked up

Trash taken out

Paper / Supplies Checked and filled
Working Conditions

Physical demands include walking, cleaning, standing, and sitting for various amounts of time.

Must be able to maintain Testing Facility hours and notify Facility Manager well in advance for time-off or when a replacement is needed

Collection Specilist
Part Time Glenwood Springs
Alpine Springs Testing, part of Alpine Springs Counseling, is looking for female employees. We work towards helping clients on probation and DHS by helping them stay sober, and we need help with our female population. Females must be watched when they give urine samples for collection. No heavy lifting or phone calls and minimal, but intimate interactions. Just watch, collect, and get paid. Schedule is set by appointment day of testing.
