Lifeworks
The Journey to Wholeness – HOW DOES YOUR LIFE WORK?

Group Topics focus on Emotional Intelligence, Coping Skills and Tools, Positive Self Management, Communication Skills, Healthy Relationships, and other practical tools.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 to 6:30 pm, via zoom

Cognitive Recalibration

When:

-Men's Monday's at 6:00pm via zoom via zoom

-Men's Thursday's at 5:00pm via zoom via zoom 

-Women's Thursday's at 12:00pm via zoom via zoom 

Length: Level B is required to attend 1x per month, Level C is required to attend weekly.
